While on a hike in a woody area a couple of months ago, I came across this little pond of absolutely still water. The reflection of the leaves in the water was surreal to the point where you couldn't really make out where reality ended and reflection began. Reminiscent of an M. C. Escher creation.

This IS magical!! I especially love the second one. That ripple just a little left of centre in that one - did you chuck in a pebble or something? :) Either way, I like that ripple - it adds a lot to the photograph, I thought.
Btw, I didn't know you were an Escher fan!
